This is my favourite bookout of not only jill mansell books but any author. That says a lot especially since im only 15 and i enjoy books like this one very much. I read this book for the first time on my holidays and it was the first ever jill mansell book that i had read. Ever since i have read many of her books and none of them have beaten this one. It shows the passion some people like lola have for others like dougie. It makes me want to live in a fantasy world where i can love someone like that too. I recomend this book to anyone.

I've enjoyed reading this book and found it difficult to put it down - even to the point of preferring to continue with the story, instead of watching my favourite TV programme! I liked the up-to-date-ness about it and could quite imagine it actually happening.

I loved this book, it's the first book I've read by Jill Mansell and I'll be reading more. The book is everything you want for a light funny read. Very funny, all I can say is I read this on a plane on my own, I had people staring at me as if I was a lunatic as I found myself laughing out loud. Lola works in a book store and has some very eccentric customers. Fav part was the man looking for the latest Jane Austen's.

Read this amongst others on holiday recently and I loved it! First Jill Mansell book I have read and I couldn't put it down. A great idea and I couldn't wait to see if the mother-in-law gets her comeuppance!
